Michael Beau O'Neill, often known as "Dr. Beau," embodies diverse theology, wellness, business development, and leadership expertise. His academic journey led him through esteemed institutions such as Michigan State, Wayne State, Liberty, George Fox/Portland Seminary, and Oxford. His professional roles have seamlessly blended education with practical application, shaping him into a unique and multi-functional expert.
Dr. O'Neill leverages his experience and academic background in his roles as a ministry leader, wellness expert, and entrepreneur. In collaboration with his wife, Nicole O'Neill, MD, a multi-practice, board-certified physician in internal medicine, they advocate for the Jesus Model of Leadership (JML) - a guiding philosophy promoting wellness, service, and a worship-centric lifestyle.

Dr. Beau’s entrepreneurial drive is evident in his ownership of nine gyms and his role as a consultant for numerous small businesses and executive leaders. However, his true passion and honor are found in overseeing Kinergy Ministries, a faith-based federal non-profit. Kinergy Ministries serves as an innovative discipleship tool for life optimization, nurturing the seed of the Spirit, and promoting order, dedication, discipline, and well-being in Jesus' name.

Michael (Beau) and Nicole (Nix) work together in seamless health harmony, professionally and closely connected with Kinergy, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization they founded in 2019. While the O’Neills manage their own independent practices—Dr. Beau with Med 1 Wellness and Dr. Nicole with her internal medicine practice—they consistently collaborate across all their ventures, including Kinergy, to provide holistic shepherding that nurtures true well-being of mind, body, and spirit.
United in their mission to serve in the name of Jesus and advance His Kingdom, Dr. Michael and Dr. Nicole integrate their expertise to bring faith, healing, and transformation to those they serve.
