Step 1: Schedule a Complimentary “Intro” Appointment
This quick and easy appointment (40 minutes or less) serves as your introduction to our team and how we can support your journey. You’ll meet the staff, learn about our individual and collective roles in your success, and complete a general intake questionnaire. Together, we’ll discuss your goals, any limitations, access to fitness, and explore program options. It’s the first step toward a personalized wellness program designed just for you.
Step 2: Receive Your Custom Proposal Within 40 Hours
Within 40 hours, you’ll receive a personalized proposal delivered straight to your email. This proposal will include detailed program information, technology tutorials, and package pricing – all designed to fit your unique lifestyle optimization plan.
Step 3: Schedule a Complimentary Follow-Up “Onboarding” Appointment
This 40-minute (or less) appointment is pressure-free and requires no commitments. It’s your opportunity to ask questions, explore program options, and take your time deciding what fits your goals and schedule best. We're here to guide you, but the pace and decision are entirely up to you.
